Thinking in networks, sharing knowledge, crowdsourcing, brainstorming, engaging with knowledge and with creativity processes often no longer stems from individual experts, but instead results during lively discussions
This is also reflected in the structure of the office areas. Instead of rooms, there are zones, which accommodate a whole range of fields of the modern workplace: conference rooms, lounges, function rooms, kitchen/bar, meeting points, think tanks or quiet areas. Depending on the requirements, the zones can for example be closed off by glass partitions, or marked out only for definition and semi-transparently by curtains, stickers, a change in flooring, or ceiling hangings. Visitors have entirely free viewing and mobility.
All the offices in the Millennium Tower enjoy generously sized windows; all of Vienna lies at your feet. The open architectural floor plan simply forms the frame, and leaves the structure and division up to the company’s specific needs. A particular quality here is that, if required, ten desks also have more space. As early as 2015 and 2016, the Millennium Tower was radically modernised by the renowned German architectural firm Ippolito Fleitz Group – in this process, particular consideration was given to the requirements of the modern workplace.
