POSITION WITH URBAN FLAIR

“Flair” is one of the most important assessment criteria for real estate today. What’s the use of the largest, most modern of offices if it’s on the outskirts of the city, difficult to reach by public transport, and the surroundings have nothing to offer other than more offices?

POSITION WITH URBAN FLAIR

“Flair” is one of the most important assessment criteria for real estate today. What’s the use of the largest, most modern of offices if it’s on the outskirts of the city, difficult to reach by public transport, and the surroundings have nothing to offer other than more offices?

The Millennium Tower was finished in 1999 as a multifunctional centre, and was Vienna’s first mixed development.

With its shopping and services centre, the cinema, and restaurants, the “Millennium City”, in its prime position on the banks of the Danube, has “flair” – urban, metropolitan flair.

The Millennium Tower – Austria’s most distinctive office tower, with its phenomenal 360-degree outlook, is in close proximity to the Central Business District, and its 50 floors extend over several streets in the Brigittenau district.

The 20th district of Vienna is on an island between the Danube Canal and the Danube, in the central north-west, and, with its approximately 85,500 inhabitants, is among Vienna’s most densely populated districts.

A strategically optimum position, connected to all main public transport networks, its own railway station in front of the building, and motorway access just two minutes away. The international airport is also only around 20 minutes away.

bridges link the district to its neighbours – six Danube river crossings lead to the 21st district, and there are 19 links via the Danube Canal to Döbling and Alsergrund.

hectares (over 60 football pitches) – the size of the development area at the Northwest Railway Station; the largest city-centre construction project is projected to be completed in 2025.

3.567

86.000
